Sharkam VIP Catering was established in 1998 and in ten years of its business activity the company grew up to one of the leading catering companies in Slovakia. Event catering has many different forms and brings lots of various challenges. Into 2009 with a new Chef de Cuisine from DO&CO

An important personnel change was planned for the beginning of 2009 in Sharkam. After almost 8 years in our catering company has left for a-la-carte-world our former Chef Mr. Martin Petrik. We would like to thank him for his great work and commitment and we wish him good luck to his future life. The position of Chef de Cuisine stands Mr. Andrej Bruna now. With his 8-years experience in best Austrian catering company DO&CO, we consider him to be a big contribution to our work. Another team member is Mr. Vladislav Hubáček, our new Sous Chef. We hope you enjoy our „new blood“ and new culinary experiences, we are looking forward to your feedback already.

We served the Queen of England

Sharkam has a royal reference! We provided complete catering within the royal banquet for her Majesty Queen of England. For 136 VIP guests was prepared an exquisite 4-course menu accompanied with selected Slovak quality wines. More information and a couple of pictures are to be found in Reference section. Herewith we would like to thank all who took part at the preparation and realization of this event for their great work.

Sharkam 10th anniversary in new kitchen premises

On 10th October we celebrated our 10th anniversary by opening our new business premises with kitchen. We welcomed 180 guests, mainly our friends, clients and partners from marketing and event business. Our guests enjoyed tasting of 10-years old wines and many delicacies served directly in our new kitchen. In front of the guests were presented different cooking technologies like method of food preparation called Sous-vide (in vacuum) or ice cream prepared with liquid nitrogen.
