Dance in tuxedos

Ninety waiters in black tuxedos, twenty cooks, shiny white porcelain and lustrous silver. That is what we conducted during the protocolar banquet held for the Norwegian royalties. The service itself was trained hours before and reminded on sophisticated dance choreography under direction of our Maître d` Banquet. Some pictures are to be found here.

We served the President of Russia

Our collection of prestigious references was enriched by a new presidential banquet for the Russian President. Shortly after the Easter, we had the chance to serve 40 VIP guests in the Presidential Palace. The General Manager and founder of Sharkam VIP Catering, Mr. Robert Šaradin, used the opportunity to serve one of the biggest men of world politics personally. “It is a professional courtesy to be a part of such an important event; “said Robert, who was a member of assigned waiting team at the royal banquet for the Queen Elisabeth the II.

Into 2009 with a new Chef de Cuisine from DO&CO

An important personnel change was planned for the beginning of 2009 in Sharkam. After almost 8 years in our catering company has left for a-la-carte-world our former Chef Mr. Martin Petrik. We would like to thank him for his great work and commitment and we wish him good luck to his future life. The position of Chef de Cuisine stands Mr. Andrej Bruna now. With his 8-years experience in best Austrian catering company DO&CO, we consider him to be a big contribution to our work. Another team member is Mr. Vladislav Hubáček, our new Sous Chef. We hope you enjoy our „new blood“ and new culinary experiences, we are looking forward to your feedback already.
