Even more difficult is to master this art by serving culinary pieces under party tent, in a streetcar tunnel or on a castle yard. The culinary team of our Chef de cuisine, Mr. Andrej Bruna, is prepared to perform its cooking skills anytime and surprise you with new flavor combinations.

Our professional service stand on own catering equipment and inventory. We invested into one of the most modern high-capacity kitchen units in Slovakia and dispose by own chilling vehicles and serving modules. Valuable part of our know-how is a large database of apprenticed and skilled cooks and waiters. We build our reputation on stabile management team while experienced and committed job applicants are always welcomed in our company.
