I. Service reservation

Reserving the service of Sharkam Llc. [thereinafter company] via this web site, e-mail, fax or phone is considered as preliminary order.

II. Binding order

The service reservation must be confirmed by binding order [thereinafter order] at latest 30 days before the realization day. The order must be delivered in written form at least 14 days before planned date of the event and must contain all necessary information (Corporate ID, VAT ID, name of the organization, postal and invoice address, bank connection), or some other detail requirements regarding the event like date, place, duration, specified requirements on catering and supplementary service. The order confirmation will be sent to subscriber via e-mail, fax or post at latest 3 working days after receiving the order.

III. Up-front payment

The up-front payment in amount of 50% of total turnover inclusive VAT must be deposited to the bank account of the company at latest 7 working days before performing the ordered service unless the agreement between supplier and subscriber states differently. In case of payment delay we reserve the right to charge the penalty in amount of 25% p.a. of owing amount for each day of delay.

IV. Final payment

The final payment for the service will be, in accordance with the agreement, paid cash or deposited to the account of the company or performed by barter credit. The company accepts the invoice maturity from 7 to 14 days if this point was not agreed differently. In case of payment delay we reserve the right to charge the penalty in amount of 25% p.a. of owing amount for each day of delay.

V. Changes in ordered service

All changes regarding the stated conditions, menu, dates, amount of guests or order cancellation must be submitted to the company via e-mail, fax or post. Company reserves the right to modify the prices regarding any changes of ordered service while each change can markedly influence the costs of the event realization.

VI. Order cancellation

It is possible to cancel the obligatory order only in written or electronic form at latest 15 days before planned date of the event. Otherwise the company reserves the right to apply the cancellation fees in accordance with AD VIII.

VII. Damage fee

In case of damage or loss of used or borrowed equipment will the client be charged the compensation in full amount of its purchase. If there is any damage on building equipment done by the guests during the event the client will be charged the damage compensation in full amount. Company has concluded a liability insurance for activity of an organization and any damage within performing own service will be covered by this insurance.

VIII. Cancellation fees

Company reserves the right to charge the cancellation fees according the following rules:

1. Fee in amount of 30% of total amount of the order if canceling or retreating the order 14 to 7 days before the planned date of the ordered event
2. Fee in amount of 50% of total amount of the order if canceling or retreating the order 6 to 3 days before the planned date of the ordered event
3. Fee in amount of 100% of total amount of the order if canceling or retreating the order in 48 hours or less before the planned date of the ordered event

In case of payment delay we reserve the right to charge the penalty in amount of 25% p.a. of the owing amount for each day of delay.

Any changes in contractual conditions are possible only after agreement with Sharkam VIP Catering Llc. management.
