Aupark Tower Opening / april 2008

An opening reception of the new Aupark Tower for 1000 guests had a specific theme called „The tower with a strategic position“. The buffet was opened with a special welcome drink – Bacardi daiquiri jelly in small cocktail glasses. An elegant and edible decoration was a big chess-board-shaped cake with chess pieces from dark and white chocolate. Four ice sculptures presenting towers enhanced the theme atmosphere. Besides sushi and other finger food specialties, guests may have tried some wellness food prepared from bio ingredients.
