Inauguration of President of the Slovak Republic / June 2009

On the 15th of June after the official Presidential inaugural ceremony, H.E. Ivan Gašparovič hosted a reception for 500 VIP guests. Under surveillance of protocol and state security we catered a topical buffet consisting of Slovak-Czech, German-Austrian and Mediterranean couisine. The highlight of the dinner became a traditional Czech-Slovak dish called „Sviečková“ consisted of marinated sirloin beef, creamy root-vegetable sauce, cranberry garnish and Carlsbad dumplings.
