International summit BUSH – PUTIN / 23.-25.2.2005

Sharkam VIP catering had the opportunity to provide service at the Bush-Putin Summit in 2005 as the only commercial caterer involved in this event. We supplied the Russian delegation with the plane catering on board of the presidents Putin planes. We had prepared about 300 meals altogether. The menu consisted of several dish and menu alternatives. The whole process of food preparation undergone strict hygiene control performed by both Slovak and Russian authorities.
