Entrepreneur of the Year 2007 / Ferbuary 2008

The awards Entrepreneur of the Year belong to those events, which are attended by top VIP guests. This year the organizers invited 150 guests for a ceremony with a banquet in the traditional venue of Slovak Philharmony. Due to attendance of the Slovak president Mr. Ivan Gašparovič, the preparations were monitored by protocol and security department of the Ministry of Interior. As a first course we served deer and pheasant meat terrine with cranberry chutney. The entrée was a sirloin fillet Mignon with roasted vegetables a la Andalouse and a Belgian chocolate dessert cake with red berries rounded up the festive menu.
