Entrepreneur of the Year 2008

This years awards Entrepreneur of the Year 2008 was held in the traditional venue of Slovak Philharmony again. Attended by 185 VIP gests, including his Excellence, Mr. Ivan Gašparovič, The President of the Slovak Republic, made this event to an extraordinary social function. As a first course we served cream cheese terrine over rucola with basil pesto. The entrée were veal medallions with rosemary jus, truffle-potato terrine and poached spinach with tomato confit décoré
and Panna cotta with marinated red berries rounded up the festive menu.
