International summit of NATO / 29.-31.5.2004

The parliamentary assembly of NATO in 2004 was a big challenge for us due to its political importance and extraordinary scale of events. National Council of the Slovak Republic hosted a series of six separate events in three days. We were selected as the exclusive caterer to provide four of the most demanding events. This included a welcoming reception for 1000 guests at the castle Cerveny kamen (The Red Stone) 50 km from Bratislava, a river party for 130 guests at two parallel boats, a banquet for 120 guests with a fancy dinner menu and top quality Slovak wines, as well as a buffet lunch for 600 guests at the castle of Trencin located 130 km from Bratislava. Because of the extraordinary security and protocol arrangements we had to face very complicated logistics and production issues.
