Tatra banka Summer feast / June 2008

Our venerable client, the company Tatra banka, invited their 1000 VIP guests to an exquisite evening in renaissance style held at the Austrian feast castle Hof. The extensive terrace of the castle with its beautiful view on the neat landscape made perfect scenery for the gastronomic creations and performance of various artists in historical costumes. After the official opening, the buffet items were brought by „servants“– our costumed waiters to the richly decorated tables. Besides fresh oysters, French cheese specialities and delicate wines we served the culinary highlights of old French cuisine.
